The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that a user is under 13, we will take steps to delete that account.
SeekAIs provides users with an AI image editor and generator platform featuring advanced AI image models from multiple providers, including Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4, FLUX, Z-Image Turbo, Qwen Image, and Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview. Our platform enables you to create and modify images through:

Account Creation: To access certain features of the service, you need to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Responsibilities: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content provided through SeekAIs, including but not limited to AI models, image generation and editing technology, platform infrastructure, user interface, and documentation, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of SeekAIs is SeekAIs.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using SeekAIs:
Your use of SeekAIs is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the content standards, prohibited categories, moderation practices, reporting channels, and enforcement actions that apply to the service. By using SeekAIs, you agree to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Where these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy differ on matters of content standards, the Acceptable Use Policy controls.
You may only upload photos or images of yourself, or material for which you have obtained the explicit authorization of the person depicted. Uploading photos or images of another person without their consent is prohibited. Before uploading, you must confirm that the material is your own or that you have obtained authorization. Obtaining authorization does not permit you to generate deepfake content, including face swaps, nudity synthesis, intimate-scene synthesis, or fabricated statements or actions involving a real person.
Pay-as-you-go credit packs. Our current offering consists of one-time, pay-as-you-go credit packs. Each credit pack is purchased once, and prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD) at checkout. Our current credit packs are:

Credit packs do not renew automatically. Buying a credit pack is a single, one-time payment. It does not create any recurring charge or future payment obligation, and we will not charge you again unless you deliberately make another purchase.
Billing cycle. Credit packs are billed once, at the moment of checkout, and are not recurring, so there is no monthly or annual billing cycle for credit pack purchases. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, we will disclose the applicable billing cycle and any automatic renewal terms at checkout before you subscribe, and we will update this section.
How credits work. Credits never expire. They are consumed as you use generation and editing features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in the Refund Policy.
Total charge and taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the total charge for your purchase, plus any applicable taxes. Applicable taxes may be calculated, collected, and remitted on our behalf by the Merchant of Record.
Payment processing. Purchases are handled by third-party payment processors, including Creem and Waffo. For the relevant purchases, Waffo Pancake acts as the Merchant of Record, processing your payment and handling applicable taxes on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card details.
Price changes. We may change the prices of our credit packs at any time. Price changes apply only to future purchases and never affect purchases you have already completed.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, so there is no recurring charge to stop: you will not be billed again unless you choose to buy another credit pack. If we introduce subscription plans in the future, you will be able to cancel them at any time, and the cancellation terms will be stated at checkout and in this section.
You may stop using the service at any time, for any reason, by simply discontinuing use of the platform. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us at . If you close your account, the remaining terms of these Terms of Service, including the Refund Policy and the provisions on liability, still apply to your prior use of the service.
If you believe you were charged for a purchase you did not make or no longer want, please contact us at and we will review your request under the Refund Policy below.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are only applicable to unused or undownloaded credits, which are virtual goods.
Please submit your refund request through our customer service email with your purchase proof and order number. We will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment platform.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests in special circumstances. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and we will post any changes on this page, with additional notice where required by law. Please check back regularly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeekAIs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to issues related to AI-generated image quality, service availability, or data loss.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SeekAIs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or any content you create or distribute using SeekAIs.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SeekAIs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
