- Purpose: To generate and store your images, keep version history so you can revisit earlier results, let you manage or delete your work, and improve our models and templates in aggregated or anonymized form only (unless you opt in to model training).

- What We Collect: Feature interactions, clicks, session duration, referring URLs, language preferences, in-app feedback, and crash or error logs.
- Purpose: To understand how people use onboarding flows, editing tools, and generation features so we can fix problems, improve performance, and decide what to build next.

Payment Information
- What We Collect: Billing name, email address, address, tax or VAT identifiers where required, and limited payment method details. Payments are handled directly by our payment processors, Creem and Waffo, and we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Purpose: To process your one-time purchases of credit packs, prevent fraud, and keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep.
We use the information described above for the following purposes, each tied to a lawful basis under data protection law where that law applies:
- To provide the Services (performance of a contract): Generate, edit, upscale, and store your images; manage your account, credit packs, and content.
- To process purchases (performance of a contract and legal obligation): One-time, pay-as-you-go credit pack purchases in USD are processed by Creem and Waffo. Waffo Pancake acts as Merchant of Record for relevant purchases and handles payment and taxes.
- To support and secure the platform (legitimate interests): Customer support, fraud prevention, abuse detection, debugging, logging, and service security.
- To communicate with you (performance of a contract, or consent where required): Service messages such as receipts, security alerts, and policy changes. Marketing messages are sent only where we are allowed to, and you can opt out at any time.
- To improve the product (legitimate interests, or consent where required): Aggregated or anonymized usage analysis and improvements to models and templates, unless you have opted in to model training.
- To comply with legal obligations (legal obligation): Tax, accounting, record-keeping, and responses to lawful requests.
Where we rely on consent as the lawful basis, you may withdraw that consent at any time, as described in Your Privacy Rights.
We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law:
- Account information: Kept while your account is active, and deleted within 30 days after you delete your account.
- User-generated content (prompts, image uploads, and AI-generated images): Kept until you delete it, or until your account is deleted.
- Usage and diagnostic logs: Kept for up to 90 days.
- Billing and tax records: Kept for as long as required by applicable law (for example, up to 7 years).
Once a retention period ends, we delete the data or anonymize it so it no longer identifies you.
We store data in secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, logging, and routine security reviews. Access to personal information is limited to team members and providers who need it to do their work. While we work to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SeekAIs operates globally, so information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers operate. Where your personal data is transferred across borders and data protection law requires safeguards, we use appropriate measures such as standard contractual clauses and comparable protections to keep your information protected.
We never sell your personal information. We may share data only:
- Service Providers: With vetted vendors who help us host infrastructure, process payments, send emails, analyze usage, run analytics, provide customer support, or power AI generation, each bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. These include:

- AI model providers that power our generation and editing features, with models such as Nano Banana Pro, Seedream 4, FLUX, Z-Image Turbo, Qwen Image, and Gemini 3 Pro Image Preview. These providers process your prompts, uploads, and edits to return the images you request.
- Legal & Safety Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SeekAIs, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or financing, provided the receiving party agrees to continue protecting your data consistent with this policy.
Depending on where you live, you have rights over your personal information. Where laws such as the GDPR (for users in the EEA and UK) or the CCPA/CPRA (for California residents) apply to you, those rights include:
