Acceptable Use Policy

Listing and acceptable use policy for SeekAIs
Okt. 16, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to SeekAIs, a curated directory of AI tools. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to every listing, submission, description, category, and other content published in the directory, and sets out our listing standards, review practices, reporting process, and enforcement actions. Every user, tool owner, and merchant who interacts with SeekAIs must comply with this Policy.

This Policy is a standalone content policy. It complements our Terms of Service, which refers users to this document for acceptable use requirements.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all content forms supported by SeekAIs:

  • Submitted listings: the tool name, URL, and contact email you provide.
  • Page metadata: titles, descriptions, images, and other publicly available information we fetch from a submitted URL to preview and review it.
  • Editorial content: descriptions, categories, and translations we write for published listings.
  • User content: reports, feedback, and any other material you send through the service.

We do not generate images or other media, and we do not host third-party tools. Our content standards therefore apply to what the directory publishes and promotes, and to the categories of tools we are willing to list.

2. Content Standards and Prohibited Categories

SeekAIs does not list, describe, or link to tools in the following six categories:

  • Pornographic / NSFW sexual content.
  • Child safety violations, including CSAM.
  • Copyright, trademark, or brand infringement.
  • Violence, hate, or self-harm.
  • Deepfakes or impersonation of real persons.
  • Illegal goods or fraud.

The sections below break these categories down. A listing is rejected when the tool itself, its marketing, or the page it links to falls into one of them.

2.1 Zero Tolerance

The following are rejected immediately and may be reported to the competent authorities:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), any sexual content involving minors, and tools that generate or "age down" sexual imagery.
  • Tools that promote or assist terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
  • Instructions for manufacturing weapons of mass destruction.
  • Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
  • Deepfake tools targeting real individuals, including face swaps, nudity synthesis ("undress" or "nudify" tools), intimate-scene synthesis, and fabricated statements or actions, whether or not the person consented.

2.2 Adult and Sexual Content

We do not list pornographic or sexually explicit tools, including:

  • Adult video, image, or chat generators, and NSFW content platforms.
  • Nudity, "deepnude", "undress", or "nudify" tools.
  • Sexualized image generators built around real people, including bikini, lingerie, or "AI girlfriend" tools that use a real person's likeness.
  • Escort, companionship, or other commercial sexual services.

2.3 Deepfakes and Real-Person Synthesis

We do not list tools whose purpose is to impersonate a real person or place a real person in fabricated intimate situations. This includes:

  • Face swap and face replacement.
  • Nudity or intimate-scene synthesis from a real photo.
  • "AI kissing", "AI baby", or similar tools that combine real people's faces into a fabricated scene.
  • Voice cloning or video synthesis presented as a real person's words or actions.

Consent is not an exception: a listing is rejected even when the tool claims that users have consented.

2.4 Intellectual Property

We do not list tools that facilitate infringement, including:

  • Pirated software, cracked or "nulled" products, keygens, and license bypasses.
  • Video, music, or ebook downloaders that strip rights holders' protections, and unauthorized streaming or IPTV services.
  • Tools that imitate a brand, logo, or product in a way that is likely to confuse users.
  • Listings that use a third-party trademark as the tool's own name or imply official affiliation.

2.5 Violence, Hate and Self-Harm

We do not list tools that promote violence, hatred, or self-harm, including tools for harassment, threats, or the creation of extremist propaganda.

2.6 Illegal Goods, Fraud and Abuse

We do not list tools that facilitate illegal or fraudulent activity, including:

  • Gambling, betting, casino, lottery, and sportsbook services.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, and controlled substances.
  • Malware, spyware, ransomware, keyloggers, DDoS services, and account-hacking tools.
  • Fake identity documents, counterfeit goods, and payment-card generators.
  • Engagement farming (buying followers, likes, views, or comments), fake reviews, and academic cheating services.
  • Financial services that require a license we cannot verify, including unlicensed lending, crypto exchanges, and investment advice.

2.7 Directory-Specific Rules

In addition to the categories above, a listing is rejected when it:

  • Is a duplicate of an existing listing, or a doorway/SEO farm with no real product.
  • Is a clone or impersonation of another listed tool.
  • Contains misleading claims, fake user counts, or fabricated testimonials.
  • Links to a parked domain, a malware distribution page, or a phishing page.
  • Is submitted by someone who does not own or represent the tool.

3. Submission Rules

  • Submit the tool's canonical URL, not an affiliate redirect, short link, or tracking URL.
  • Use the tool's real name and describe what it actually does.
  • One listing per tool. If a tool changes its URL or name, contact us instead of submitting a duplicate.
  • You must own the tool or be authorized to represent its owner.
  • The contact email on a submission is the email of the signed-in account; we use it only to ask about that submission.

4. Review and Moderation

4.1 Automated Checks

Every submission is scanned before it enters the review queue:

  • Blocklist: the submitted URL, name, and fetched page metadata are checked against a maintained list of prohibited terms and categories.
  • URL safety: the crawler refuses private, local, and otherwise unsafe addresses.

A submission that matches a prohibited category is rejected before any credits are charged.

4.2 Human Review

Every listing that passes the automated checks is reviewed by a person. The reviewer confirms:

  • The tool exists, is reachable, and matches its description.
  • The tool does not fall into any prohibited category in Section 2.
  • The listing is filed under at least one directory category.

We may reject a submission without publishing it. A paid submission is not guaranteed publication.

4.3 Ongoing Review

  • We re-check published listings when we receive a report or notice.
  • We periodically review the blocklist and the categories above as payment-provider and legal requirements change.
  • We keep an audit record of review decisions.

5. Reporting

5.1 When to Report

  • A listing that violates the standards in this Policy.
  • A tool that has changed into something we would not list.
  • A listing that infringes your rights or impersonates you.
  • Any other situation you believe should be reported.

5.2 Reporting Principles

  • Confidentiality: the identity of the reporter is kept strictly confidential.
  • Neutrality: all reports are reviewed independently and objectively.
  • Anti-abuse: malicious or false reports are recorded and handled.

6. Reporting Channels

We maintain a human-monitored reporting channel. Reports are read and triaged by our team, not by an automated system.
